Hi Tech Insulation is established by highly experienced engineers to provide commercial, industrial contracting operation and maintenance services. Hi Tech Insulation is a specialized contractor providing material supply and installation in Insulation and Scaffolding works. Established in 1997 in Saudi Arabia, Hi Tech Insulation has over 20 years of experience in industrial insulation and scaffolding services. Strong dedication and commitment to the client forms the very fabric of our company. Theres a reason why Hi Tech Insulation sustain such a high level of excellence, quality, and exemplary service for over a span of 20 years. The two main reasons are our people being our great asset and our efficient project supervision by ensuring quality and timeliness.


We are committed to reduce energy consumption and conserve energy and enhance client assets with best in class insulation systems. Over the years Hi Tech Insulation has successfully completed several prestigious projects for major clients all over Saudi Arabia.


Hi Tech Insulation evolved from an major supplier of insulation materials to an installer with an induction of a project management team with vast experience in insulation projects in various plants across the kingdom. Over the years Hi Tech Insulation honed its project management skills to emerge as a major insulation contractor in KSA.

Hi Tech International Insulation LLC defines and plans all activities at the beginning of the project in order to achieve the desired quality during execution. The Purpose of the Project Quality Management system is to define these activities / tasks that intends to deliver products while focusing on achieving customer’s quality expectations. These activities / tasks are defined on the basis of the quality standards set by the organization delivering the product. Basically we are guided by the ISO 9001 QMS requirements.


Hi Tech International Insulation LLC Quality Plan identifies which Quality Standards are relevant to the project and determines how they can be satisfied. It includes the implementation of Quality Events (peer reviews, checklist execution) by using various Quality Materials (templates, standards, checklists) available within the organization. The holding of the Quality Event is termed as Quality Control. As an output of the various activities, Quality Metrics or Measurements are captured which assist in continuous improvement of Quality thus adding to the inventory of Lessons Learned. Quality Assurance deals in preparation of the Quality Plan and formation of organization wide standards.

This refers to the existing Quality Procedures that have been standardized and used within the organization.


Design Control

This specifies the procedures for Design Review, Sign-Off, Design Changes and Design Waivers of requirements.


Document Control

This defines the process to control Project Documents at each Project Phase.


Purchasing

This defines Quality Control and Quality Requirements for sub-contracting any part / whole part of the project.


Inspection Testing

This details the plans for Acceptance Testing and Integration Testing.


Nonconformance

This defines the procedures to handle any type of nonconformance work. The procedures include defining responsibilities, defining conditions and availability of required documentation in such cases.


Corrective Actions

This describes the procedures for taking Corrective Actions for the problems encountered during project execution.


Quality Records

This describes the procedures for maintaining the Quality Records (metrics, variance reports, executed checklists etc) during project execution as well as after the project completion.


Quality Audits

An internal audit should be planned and implemented during each phase of the project.


Training

This should specify any training requirements for the project team.


QUALITY CONTROL MEASURES

Review of design drawings and specifications and identifying missing (if any)


Co-ordination with other trade drawings to verify all data and final locations of work to be done by others as required for the placing of electrical work.


Follow up of approval of material and equipment from damage.


Production of working drawings for execution.


Ensuring that the works to be executed in accordance to IEE wiring regulations especially as regards safety.


Testing which would include: insulating megger test on wires and cables, continuity and polarity tests, operational tests on all electrical equipment, Earthing continuity and resistance measurements.


Preparation of as built drawings, submittal of catalogues and manuals and labeling of circuits and equipment.

Hi Tech International Insulation LLC having a project specific written Site Safety Policy & plan provides the foundation for every successful safety program and included as part of every contract issued to lower-tier subcontractors. Clearly stating the Site Safety Policy to every employee, contractor, subcontractor, and any other personnel on the site will go a long way in avoiding the expense, inconvenience, and other consequences of workplace accidents.


Obtaining written acknowledgements from everyone confirming that they have read understand and agree with the safety policy helping us to protect project organization when their workplace looks uncontrollable but with efficient implementation of safety plan, we optimize the budget & environmental impact.

The ultimate responsibility for Work Place Safety lies with Management and the Owners. An effective Site Safety Policy is an invaluable Tool for Step One of OSHA’s Four Step Safety Program Implementation Process. The Site Safety Policy & plan contains the essential elements of a safety policy in a variety of construction workplace environments posing different levels of hazards.
